MARBLE KNITTING is a mother-daughter project in Auckland, New Zealand. Mother is Mariko who is a qualified trainer by Brother in machine knit. She has over 30 years of experience crafting the finest products for her own customers in both machine and hand knit. Daughter is Hiroko who has passion in craft and designing ideas. This project is the best thing happened that is more than just a family bond. Having fun is the way to come up with great ideas!

MARBLE KNITTING はある母と娘によって立ち上げられたプロジェクトです。成人し巣立った娘とアイディアを共有し、ひとつひとつ作品を作り上げていく時間はお互いにとって大きな意味を持ちます。ニュージーランドで共に過ごせる時間は限られているからこそ、この時間を楽しみ良い作品を作ることに集中するのです。母、真理子はブラザーの機械編み部門で師範資格を持ち、30年に渡り手編みを含め数多くの作品をお客様に作ってきました。娘の寛子は "ものづくり" が好きで、主に作品の具体的アイディアやメディア方面を担当しています。
